Ouje-Bougoumou, politically challenged

I think that Tony Hughboy should be given a chance to run. He always makes good remarks. Sometimes it’s good to have an outside person come in and make a difference. He did make a point about the expenses by the council members. Bringing their spouses all expenses paid. They’re not going for a vacation, it’s a business trip. I’ve seen it many times, too. Of course nothing will ever be done. When you are a concerned member, that makes you a trouble-maker. I am concerned too, about how much money is spent on the trips that the band council members use by having meetings in the city. I respect Gaston Cooper, he has a good heart and he cares about his people and the community. He is a good representative. Both Tony and Gaston are good people – they are concerned and care what happens in the community. I just don’t understand the Ouje-Bougoumou policy. My home is Ouje-Bougoumou, but I felt so confused living there. I live in Montreal, now.
